Use these tips to start and maintain a sustainable workout regimen:
- Exercise even if it is for 15 minutes a day
- Remind yourself that your goal is to do something physical every day
- Invest in a fitness coach to determine exercise activities in and outside the gym
- Exercise even when you are sore
- Mix up your exercise routine - consult your fitness coach on this!
- Do not wait for a special occasion to get fit
- Instead of skipping a workout, focus on how good you will feel after
- Workout at home
- Focus on how you want to feel, not how you want to look
- Keep consumption of alcohol to a minimum on weeknights
- Eat real, natural food in moderation and avoid processed foods
- Sleep a lot - it fuels your recovery
